2. Online Courses and Masterclasses
We want students to feel confident when enrolling. Therefore, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee if:
- The request is submitted within 7 days of purchase.
- No more than 20% of the course content has been completed or accessed.
Refunds cannot be issued once a substantial portion of the course has been consumed. This ensures fairness and helps us protect the value of our educational resources.
3. Digital Products (eBooks and Downloadables)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks, guides, and downloadable materials are final and non-refundable. Once the files are delivered or accessed, ownership is considered transferred to the customer.
